Basically, the answer is I am the giraffe.

Now, before that sounds any weirder than it already does, allow me to explain. On this blog, I call myself Skittes- it's a nickname I have. Also, it's a shortened version of my username Synesthesia22. However, usually when doing arty things or drawing, my friends call me Kirin-cchi. To be more specific, they call me 'Rainbow Mangaka Okami Kirin-cchi.'

It's a mouthful, but it also contains a semblance of logic, I promise.

A mangaka is a japenese manga artist, or so I've been told. Continuing with the Japanese theme, Okami Kirin-cchi is my name. Not my actual name, since I'm English, but what my friends- or more, my twin- dictated my Japanese name would be. 

Kirin means giraffe. It's my 'first name' because I'm addicted to giraffes, and I'm the taller twin, despite the fact that I'm younger too. 

Okami means wolf. I didn't choose that name for myself either. My family- that people know of- are often described as aloof and cold, so my twin thought wolf would be a good surname. Also, it's one of a few words in Japanese she knows.

She gave herself the name Kitsune- I'm lead to believe that means 'fox'- because....well, I don't know. Maybe because she likes foxes, because it sure ain't because she has ginger hair! Her 'full title' is 

'Dark Author Okami Kitsune-chan'

That, surprisingly, also has some logic to it. The Okami and the Kitsune I've already explained. The Dark comes from the (correct) general opinion that she is, in fact, the evil twin in our little duo. The Author stems from her fanfiction. She writes a fanfiction called 'The Seeker Within' and, as an art student, and her twin, she has pulled me into reluctantly illustrating. Nothing from the manga has reached the light of the Internet as of yet, but give it time, it will. 

So, that's what's with the giraffe. Whilst we're here, I'll let you know some of my other personas, in case you feel like looking me up on other places of the Internet. On youtube I call myself Idgeymon, although there really isn't anything of worth on my channel, I swear. On wetpaint, if you use it, I'm called Idgey. On Deviantart I'm also called Idgey, although I used to have an account called BloodiedFangs or something when I was younger, then I forgot the password. Oops. On twitter, I'm @Kalotypography. The name for that account is Adfaer Anfeald, a favourite pseudonym of mine, so don't get your hopes up. It isn't my real name. 

And, naturally, on here I'm called Synesthesia22 aka Skittles.
